This month’s Tuesday Travels is sharing our travel photos and I am thankful for that because it would mean less effort on my part! Lol.
My first entry for this month are photos I’ve had from our Milwaukee drive over the weekend. Yep, we spent 6 hours on the road last Sunday as we drove to Milwaukee and back to send off our balikbayan boxes, shop at the huge Asian grocery, and hop into the Milwaukee Public Museum which is an education field trip for our homeschooler.

Driving along Milwaukee freeways
Too bad we weren’t blessed with a friendly weather. It was raining and the temperature was 40F, so no, there weren’t a lot of walking explorations to do in the downtown area. Just a quick tour at the MPM which, as always, is a fascinating place for History, Science, and Living buff.

Part of the Museum building

Three spots to check out, but our time was only spent at the General Museum

My wristband for the day
The husband and I used our university student IDs so it saved us $3 each for the entrance. Instead of $14 for each of us, we paid $11 because of our student ID and the 5-year-old’s rate is $10 so we spent $32 for the three of us. Quite a big amount for just a 2-hour-tour but it was so worth it!

With Melds and Triz at the MPM lobby

And there's Triz and yours truly, with that giant Dino skeletons, lol
Man, that place is full of dinosaur bones all around! Lol. It was our first time so I made sure we were able to check out most of the galleries. Will share some more photos next time because I was able to capture a whole lot of interesting and fascinating snaps.

I think it’s a homeschooler’s thingy to go someplace educational even for a ‘business’ trip.. we do that most of the time and it’s really fun!
