Keene Christmas Lights Parade 2016

It is already our third Christmas here in Texas but it was our first time ever to witness the Keene Christmas Lights Parade that happened early this month. I am glad we have it a chance in our schedule because we had a blast. Not only did we enjoy the sights and sounds, we were also thrilled that Triz was one of the parade participants being one of the Keene Rocketeers Pathfinders to grace their float. Let me showcase some photos that I took:

The very first float:

As much as I would like to post more sights I have captured, space is not enough. I just would like to highlight that this city’s event is a good way to celebrate the holidays and give the people reason to go out and have fun in the chilly December evening. It was in the 40s and a bit windy, so there really was a need to put on our winter coats. Like I have said, this is an annual event in Keene so we’ll see if we can do this again next year.

How has the holiday month been at your end, friends?
